Production & shipping timeline:

Production is estimated to take approximately 6 weeks after which the shipping & importing is expected to take another 3-4 weeks.

Cancellations & Refunds: Because these items are made-to-order based on pre-order numbers, cancellations and refunds are only permitted within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, all preorder sales are final.
